Types of Bottle Blowing Machines

Bottle blowing machines are mainly divided into three categories: extrusion bottle blowing machines, injection bottle blowing machines and bottle blowing machines with special structures.

Processing technology is mainly divided into one-step method and two-step method. At present, most bottle blowing machines are still two-step bottle blowing machines, that is, plastic raw materials must be made into bottle blanks before blowing. Nowadays, the environmental protection plastic made of PET is commonly used.

Blow molding machine: after the liquid plastic is sprayed out, the plastic body is blown and attached to a mold cavity with a certain shape by using the wind from the machine, so as to make a product. This machine is called a blow molding machine. It is also a kind of bottle blowing machine, namely hydraulic bottle blowing machine.

One-step and two-step bottle blowing machine molding processes are mainly used for molding PET and BOPP hollow containers. Both have their own characteristics and are widely used. In comparison, the two-step method is more suitable for centralized production of bottle blanks and decentralized blowing of bottles; one-step equipment is more suitable for online production of beverage enterprises.

The difference between automatic bottle blowing machine and semi-automatic bottle blowing machine:

There is little difference in quality, but the bottles blown out by automatic machine are slightly better than semi-automatic, mainly due to the factors such as temperature control, timely program analysis, and fast movement transmission.

Automatic bottle blowing machine: high price, high output, labor-saving and needing better technicians to maintain. Full automation has high efficiency, and the quality is generally stable without the influence of operators.

Semi-automatic bottle blowing machine: small investment, easy operation of robot arms, simple maintenance, low output and high operation intensity of employees.

There is no difference in the quality of the bottles blown out. The difference lies in the operation process. There are many semi-automatic ones, which need people to watch and can be adjusted at any time. The efficiency of full-automatic is high, and it is only for copying.
