Installation of Bottle Blowing Machine


1. The layout of machines.
The layout of machines in the workshop should meet the convenience of mold replacement and maintenance. Generally, a space of 1~1.5 meters should be left around it. The distance between the two machines should be about 2 meters.

2. Requirements of installing the base.
In order to avoid vibration during work, the machine should be placed on the cement foundation. Base thickness should be ≥459mm, concrete grade is not less than 200#, and horizontal error of foundation is 1/1000. Appropriate cover plates (installed by tunnel pipelines) shall be prepared for the exposed part of the pit in the foundation to prevent accidents. The bearing capacity of the installation foundation is not less than 8MPa.

The installation is divided into fixed installation and mobile installation.

3.1 Fixed installation is to transport the machine to the base plate, install the anchor screws, adjust the level preliminarily, then pour concrete into the anchor screw holes, and make fine adjustment to the level after the concrete is dried and solidified. It can also be fixed by directly placing expansion bolts on the base plate. The machine inclination angle is not more than 3°.

3.2 The method of fine level adjustment is to use a level meter to measure on the upper plane of the lock template and the dovetail groove of the pen holder, and tighten the anchor bolts evenly after the horizontal and vertical adjustment.

3.3 As for mobile installation, the equipment can be moved at any time. Just place the shockproof pad (standard size) at the empty position of the anchor bolt, use a level ruler on the upper edge of the template, adjust the level and the shockproof pad, and then tighten the nut. The machine inclination angle is not more than 3°.

Precautions for Lifting Bottle Blower:
When lifting or shifting the bottle blower, all steel cables shall not be tied directly to the painted surface or other processed surface of the machine, and the steel cables shall not be squeezed on the pipeline or wire tube to avoid scratching or damaging the equipment. Instead, it should be lifted from the lifting position on the machine. Meanwhile, the lifting capacity of the cable should be checked before lifting. When hoisting or shifting, the inclination of each part of the machine shall not exceed 15 degrees.
