What Take-out Robots Consist of?

A take-out robotic arm is comprised of arms and the body. Usually, a robot has two arms, except some swing arm robots and some customized robots made according to customers' needs. The arm which is more close to the body of robot is called fly jib, its usage is more like to take out runners. Meanwhile, the another arm which is more far to the body of robot is called main jib, it's applied to take out finished product from injection molding machine. For the body part, we usually have a traverse beam and crosswise beam. The traverse beam is used to control the movement of whole arms and the crosswise beam, the crosswise beam is used to control the vertical movement of two arms. All the movement are specifically programmed by computer, and they need to work together. All these stuff are essential, cannot lack of any of them. Take-out robots need power supply, controller, drive, and something like these, which are also needed. They cannot work without any of them.
